You have stock to move, we have the buyers. Here is how it works with us, in five points.
It is all here, in order.
Biancar buys and sells used and 0 km vehicles between automotive professionals. We have been doing this for over fifteen years, with professional buyers in twenty eight European countries: dealerships, garages, independent dealers, rental companies and brokers.
The difference with the platforms launching right now comes down to one sentence: our catalogue is closed. Nothing you entrust to us is published in the open.
To see a vehicle and its price, you need an account. To get an account, you must be a professional with an intra community VAT number that we check by hand, one by one. A private buyer does not get in. Neither does a browser. And neither does the competitor across the road, if you do not want them to.
You know this better than we do: a trade in that lingers, an end of series, a model your customers do not ask for, a batch coming off fleet. The vehicle is good, it is simply in the wrong place.
The right move is to push it somewhere else, where it is still worth something. Except that exporting a vehicle takes a contact book, languages, paperwork, a habit of international payments, and above all time. Time you do not have.
We do this all day long, and have done for fifteen years. You entrust us with your stock, we put it in front of professional buyers across Europe, we filter the enquiries, and we only come back to you when someone actually buys.
It is the first question our suppliers ask, and it is a fair one. Handing over your stock means risking it landing in front of the competitor across the road, at a price anyone can compare. The system was built to prevent exactly that.
A supplier, whatever their country, has no wish for the dealers on their own doorstep to see their stock. Those are their direct competitors, and there is nothing to gain from showing them what sits on the lot.
So we exclude their country from their distribution. Their vehicles go everywhere else in Europe, to buyers who are no competition to them. At home, nobody sees them. Not in the catalogue, not in the emails.
These rules live in the engine of the site. Every catalogue view and every email goes through them before it leaves. It is not an instruction a salesperson could forget on a Thursday evening, it is how the tool works.
No public page, no search engine indexing your vehicles, no price readable by anyone. A professional sees the Biancar selling price, never the price you asked us for, which stays with us.
Once your file is approved, we open a supplier account for you. You upload your vehicles there, you see what is published, reserved and sold, and you update availability whenever you want. Your company paperwork lives there too: registration certificate, bank details, VAT certificate, insurance. You upload it once and we never ask again.
Then comes the real question, the one that decides whether a supplier truly works with us or lets the account gather dust: how your stock reaches us. Other platforms ask you to re-enter your vehicles in their format. That is precisely what we do not do.
In your space, vehicle by vehicle.
Your Excel, with your columns and your headings.
If you have no stock file of your own.
By API or FTP, we come and get it.
The second one is by far the most common. You send the file you already have, we take care of understanding it, and from then on it loads by itself.
Your file rarely arrives ready to sell, and that is normal: it was made for you, not for a buyer at the other end of Europe. Every vehicle becomes a complete, readable listing, with its equipment, history and photos, in the language of whoever reads it.
Then we price it for the target market. A French buyer sees a price including VAT, a buyer elsewhere in the European Union sees a net export price. Those are not the same figures, and a professional who gets the wrong one does not reply.
Then we distribute. Thousands of emails go out to our network every month, and your vehicles are in them. But not blindly: our buyers have told us what they are looking for, brands, budgets, vehicle types. Your cars go to those they speak to, filtered by your exclusion rules.
Finally we filter. The questions, the browsers, the negotiations that lead nowhere stay with us. You hear about a vehicle when a verified professional wants to buy it.
There is no registration fee, no subscription, no listing fee and no minimum volume. You pay nothing as long as nothing is sold. There is only one moment when money comes into play, and that is the sale.
You tell us the price you want for the vehicle, and that is our starting point. Then the buyer negotiates, because nobody buys without negotiating. We handle that discussion for you and come back with what is on the table. Nothing closes at a price you have not accepted.
We may open a paid plan one day. Those who joined during the launch phase will never pay for it: account, space and distribution stay free, with no time limit.
Let us start with what never changes: the relationship with the buyer stays with us, from first contact to payment. We present the vehicle, answer the questions, negotiate, follow the paperwork and chase if payment drags. You have no buyer to manage and no foreign language to speak.
What changes from one deal to the next is only the path of the invoice, decided with you, vehicle by vehicle.
Biancar buys the vehicle from you and invoices the end buyer. One invoice, one payment, no commission, and you handle neither the export nor the collection.
You invoice the buyer directly and pay us the commission agreed beforehand. We remain the single point of contact and follow the deal through to the end.
In both cases, it is Biancar the buyer deals with. We do not release them into the wild with your details, and we do not leave you alone with a buyer at the other end of Europe.
Our buyer network was built over fifteen years. One deal that goes wrong, one vehicle that does not match its listing, paperwork that never arrives, and it is our name that takes the hit.
This is not an exclusivity. You keep selling through your usual channels, to whoever you want, and you owe us no volume. It is a commitment to seriousness, not a contract that ties you down.
We work mostly with dealerships, but we look at every file. If you do not fit the box exactly, write to us anyway: we will answer straight, one way or the other.
